Today, I'm going to show you how to get Brad Pitt's abs. Specifically, we're going to focus on the lower abdominals. We're going to do two exercises: the first is the hanging leg raise, followed by roll-outs on a Swiss ball.

We're going to do ten reps of each and we're going to do these exercises back to back. So, taking a nice close grip on the ball with the hands facing the body, we're going to lift up with the legs nice and straight. We're going to take the legs parallel and nice and slowly control them down.

So we're going to do ten reps of this. Two more. We're going to go straight into the roll-out.

The smaller the ball you use, the tougher it is. So knees hip width apart, hands at the front of the ball to start off with, chest lifted, shoulders down. Keeping the hips and knees in line, the body upright, we're going to roll out to full extension, and then pull back with the abs to the start position.

Keeping the head lifted, shoulders down, and chest up. So, squeeze the abs on each repetition. We've gone halfway and last three.
