If you're looking to get buff fast, this video will teach you what is called a giant set. Dan Roberts, a fitness trainer, will teach you how to do a squat, dead lift, bicep curl, and shoulder press all flowing together to get a buffer body.

So, if you're looking to get buff fast, you need to look in the world of body building because, body builders, that's what they do for a living. I'm going to show you something called a giant set. A giant set is where you do more than 3 exercises back to back, working big muscle groups.

Start off, squat, and dead lift, bicep curl to shoulder press. There are four exercises. Squats, hold my weights by my side, I slowly go down sticking my bum out, slowly coming up.

And I want to pick a weight where I can only really do about 5 or 6 of these. So, pick a really heavy weight, then dead lift. Technically, this is called a Romanian dead lift.

My legs aren't working much. It's more my back. Stick my bum out, lower myself down, drive my heels into the floor and come up.

You can use the same weight for this. Then, you probably drop the weights down about half and go into bicep curls. These strengthen your arms all the way down from your shoulders to your wrists.

And finally, shoulder press. It doesn't matter if your hands are like this or tilted. It makes very little difference.
