How To Get Cristiano Ronaldo Abs
This video shows you exercises to help get abs like your favorite celebrities. The instructor shows how to do seated knee-ups on a bench and dynamic side planks on a bouncy ball.
Today, I'm going to show you how to get Cristiano Ronaldo's abs. I'm going to demonstrate two exercises for you. The first one is seated knee-ups on a bench, followed by some dynamic side planks on a bouncy ball.
So, sitting on a bench, feet together, hands either side of the body, you're going to adopt a crunch position mid-air. You're then going to bring the knees in towards the chest and push away. The second exercise is dynamic plank on the bouncy ball.
What you need to do is place the elbow on the middle part of the ball, keeping the shoulder directly above the elbow. With the elbow, hips, and ankle in line, you place the other hand on the hip, or up above. So, pushing up into a plank position, with the body nice and straight and head in a neutral position, you're going to lower the hip down to the floor and then back straight up, keeping it nice and long and squeezing those obliques on the underside.
Again, complete 12-15 repetitions of these, nice and controlled on the way down. So, those are two exercises which will guarantee you achieve Cristiano Ronaldo's abs. This video shows you exercises to help get abs like your favorite celebrities.
