You Will Need

  • lip balm
  • glitter
  • eye shadow brush

Top Tips

  • Smooth some lip balm, such as Vaseline, over your eye lid and eye make up to help the glitter stick.
  • Place a tissues or cotton wool pad under your eye before applying the glitter, to prevent it from going over your face.
  • Apply the glitter using a brush in a gentle pressing or dabbing motion across the eye lids.
