In this video, I'm going to tell you how to get great legs. Now, if you want to get legs like Katie Perry, you're going to have to put some work in to it. If they are not slim, then what you need to do is to lose fat and the only way you can do that is by taking in less calories.
That's by eating less calories than you put out basically by exercising. When you are exercising any muscle group in the body, it's really important to stretch to keep those muscles nice and lengthened but also keep them healthy. So, to stretch the backs of the thighs, first of all, you want to have your feet in hip-width apart, one foot in front of the other and lean on your bottom back and feel the stretch up there.
Hold back for 20 to 40 seconds. To stretch the front of your thighs, lift your foot up back, making sure your knees are together and lift it up towards the bottom. Now, if you don't feel the stretch in the front of your thighs, move your hips forward as you tilt that foot to the bottom.
Remember to breathe throughout the stretch. And that's how to get great legs. .
