This short VideoJug video will walk you through two exercises that are sure to give you the legs of one of your favorite celebrities, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Hi, there. Today, I'm going to show you how to do the Gwyneth Paltrow leg workout. I've got my wonderful colleague Sarah here, who's going to demonstrate two exercises, of which you should complete twenty repetitions on each side.

The first exercise is the hip rotation with leg kick. So, placing the hands up behind the head, knee in an upright position and ninety degrees, you're going to rotate inwards to meet the other knee. Then, rotate out and kick to the side.

Perfect. Good, a couple more for me. That's nice controlled movement, last one.

Again we're working the core, working the glutes, the back of the legs, and we're working the quad. Wonderful. So that's twenty repetitions on each side.

Next, we're going to complete the leg arc with upper body rotation. So, in a sideline position, supported on a strait arm, you're going to bend the lower leg. That's perfect.

Lift the body up, and you're going to bring the upper leg forward, rotate the upper body in an opposing position, therefore completing an arc with the leg. Perfect. Nice controlled movement.

Great, again we're working the glutes here, mainly, and the core. Wonderful. Thank you, Sarah.
