Use old-fashioned lipstick in 'fruits of the forest' colours.

Apply the lip colour with your finger

Use lipstick rather than gloss as it has a stronger pigment and is longer lasting

Blend the colour around the edges of the lips with a clean finger, as this will help to work the colour into your lips so it looks like you have a strong natural lip colour.

If you have dry lips, dab lip balm onto the centre of the lips.

Sure, pick a model that already has a 'pouty' lip shape, apply some raspberry colour to them et voila! What if you are someone with very thin shapeless lips?

This is a great technique - I finally found a way to use those deep lipsticks I have!!

Apply lipstick with your finger and then take it off again - must have taken him years to perfect that technique!

the model was purty, but she needs to wax her upper & lower lips. She's sort of got a little mustache hehe..every girl has it, but a few are darker then others okay? So don't forget to wax your lips girls! Even my redheaded friend needs to wax hers cause they aren't dark hairs there, but she has thick & long & very noticeable lips hair even though it's pretty much blonde. SICK.

Back to the comment about darker upper lip and lighter lower lip, you could use concealer/powder/foundation (very very little and apply them with your finger) on your lower lip, and see if it looks fine, or do concealer for both but more on your upper lip, then apply lipstick. I personally prefer lip balm before lipstick. :)
