How to get muscle definition and find the appropriate weight level to train with.
Hi, I'm Joe from Soho gyms and I'm a personal trainer, we have six sites across london like free weights resistance machines, cardiovascular equipment, studios and also classes. Today I wish I knew how to build up great muscles. Today we are going to look at how to get muscle definition.
We are going to be looking at the Bicep curl and how you can adapt the number of repetitions and sets to any other group in the body. We are going to be lookin at fifteen repetitions in three sets. We are going to be able to find the weight that you can lift comfortably in fifteen repetitions and you struggle to do any more.
If you find that you can do more than fifteen repetitions you must increase the weights and if you find that you can't do the fifteen then you need to reduce the weight.
