So you've decided you've had enough of being unpeaceful in your life. Time to get some peace. I've got a few tips for you.
Hi, I'm Lee, Great Life Coach of the past ten years. I've worked with hundreds of people all over the world helping them find passion, purpose, and peace in their lives. Okay, you might not want to hear this, but the truth is you are already peace.
You are embodied peace. Your truest nature is peace. Some part of you doesn't want to hear that, and the part of you that doesn't want to hear that is the part of you that will keep you away from peace for the rest of your life unless you choose otherwise.
That part of you is your thoughts. Anytime you are identified with your thoughts you are not peaceful. From this we might deduce if you can stop your thoughts then you can be peaceful.
We might also understand that if you can move to a new relationship with your thoughts then there is an opportunity to be peaceful. In other words, if you can become the witness of your thoughts then peace will be available to you. If you adopt a meditation practice meditation can cultivate a capability in you to detach from your thoughts, and with detachment is peace.
We might say that the storm is always out there, never in here. I really recommend starting a meditation practice to cultivate your ability to sharpen the scalpel in your awareness to start to watch those thoughts and to create a distance from those thoughts. Truest peace will start to enter your life. .
