Most guys want to have big pecks. Pecks, or pectoral major, are the muscles in your chest. Now if you're in a gym, I'm going to show you the best exercise you can do.
If you don't have access to a gym, I'll to show you the best exercise you can do at home to get big pecks. So first of all, we're going to do peck flies on a bench. Remember, it is always a good idea to warm up first before doing any exercises with weights.
Now, a few things to note: my body was flat, I was controlled, nice and steady on the bench, and I was slowly - my arms being pulled away and I'm bringing them in - pulled away, bringing them in. This works, you've stretched out the peck and works the pectoral major, and is developing your pecks. In a gym, it's the best exercise, closely followed by a bench press.
Now, if you don't have access to a gym, the best alternative at home would be the press up. Now, most of you don't know what a press up is, however it is a bit too easy, so what I recommend is doing a decline press up. That is when you put your feet up, on a bench, on a chair, and your arms go down.
This puts more strain on the chest, which is similar of having more weight at a gym. Now, the higher your feet go, the harder it is. So what you should do, always make things harder, every week, and then your chest will develop.
