How To Get Rayquaza

In this video, I'm going to tell you how to get Rayquaza. Rayquaza is number 384 in the National Dex and is the sky high Pokemon. It's a dragon flying type and is available to be caught in ruby, sapphire, emerald, heart gold and soul silver.

Now, in ruby, sapphire and emerald, the way to catch Rayquaza is by going to the Sky Pillar. Now, the Sky Pillar can be found on Route one 131, but before you head out there, make sure you have the match bike first because you cannot get through the Sky Pillar without it. Once you get to route 131, you want to start surfing.

Now, the route into the Sky Pillar can be quite complicated. The route is as follows: Coming from the west side, head along down here to a small gap up here. Once in the gap here, head around, across and in through this cave, which will lead you to the Sky Pillar.

Now, in heart gold and soul silver, the way to catch Rayquaza is actually quite complex. You'll need to take the Jade Orb into the embedded tower found off route 47. However, in order to get the jade orb, it's quite a complicated process.

Talking to Professor Oak normally will give you an orb that you can take to the embedded tower. Now, this will enable you to either fight Groudon or Kyogre, depending on which game you've got. The problem is in order to get the jade orb, you need to have both Pokemon caught from the embedded tower.

That means you need to trade with somebody who's caught the opposite legendary Pokemon and transferred it to your game in order to obtain the jade orb to take to the embedded tower to get Rayquaza. Okay, so, in summary, in ruby, sapphire and emerald, you'll need to head to the top of the sky pillar in order to catch Rayquaza. In heart gold and soul silver, you'll need both a Kyogre and a Groudon that was caught in the embedded tower in order to obtain the jade orb in order to get a Rayquaza.

And that is every way you can get a Rayquaza. .
