How To Get Rid Of Bingo Wings

Hi, I'm Joe from Soho Gyms, and I'm a personal trainer. We have six sites across London and provide free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, studios and also classes and today I'll be showing you how to build up great muscle. One of the most asked questions I get from my female clients is how to get rid of their bingo wings.
So today, I'll be showing you a couple of exercises which will help you do that and tune up around the back of the arms. What we're going to look at is doing a dip on the box. What you need to do is position your hands about shoulder width apart on the box keeping your chest up, chin up, back muscles straight, you then can lower yourself down to ninety degrees with the arms and press back up to the top.
Again, you want to take this exercise nice, slow, and controlled, extending up all the way to the top, and should be feeling the squeeze in the back of the arms, shoulders and a little bit of the chest. If you want to make this exercise a little bit harder and a bit more effective, all you need to do is bring your legs up straight and repeat the dip again, keeping the chin up, chest up, back straight. You're looking at completing roundabout fifteen repetitions, and doing those for three sets each.
