How To Get Rid Of Dark Circles Under My Eye

Get rid of those dark circles underneath the eyes properly by learning "how to" in this easy-to-follow video and forget about your "10 years older look" and start looking in the “now".

I'm going to be talking to you today about how to try and conceal those dark circles underneath the eye. We're going to start off by using the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream, that's going to act as a really lovely base for your concealer and corrector so then sit on top of. You really don't need very much at all.

This is going to help it to stay a little bit longer as well. Don't put the eye cream to the lash line, just concentrate in that semi-circle bit there and it works its way upwards. Once you put your eye cream in place, you don't want to choose a corrector.

Now, if you are someone who is prone to dark circles underneath the eye, any blue, purple tones, you want to choose more of a peachy corrector to try and neutralise that. So, I'm using the Corrector by Bobbi Brown in Peach, and I'll start off in the corners of the eyes. Because the corner of the eyes really tends to get quite blue, so this peachy tone is really going to help to try and neutralise that area.

And then you will bring the corrector all the way underneath. Go really close to the lash line. That's another area where you will get a lot of blue, purple tones and lot of people forget about those areas.

And once you got that corrector in place, you can use your finger to blend it down or a brush it's up to you. You can really see the difference between those two eyes now. The key here is "less is more".

You need to build this slowly, otherwise it would look too cakey underneath the eye. Once your corrector is in place, you don't want to use a concealer. I'm using Bobbi Brown Concealer in Natural and what this is going to do is it's going to help brighten the eye area.

You really want to try and choose a colour that's a little bit lighter than your skin tone to try and brighten the area. Obviously then, you're going to make sure you really blend it in all the way up to the lash line. To complete this look, you want to get a bit of translucent powder and just dust it underneath the eye.

This is going to help to try and set the eye makeup and to get rid of any shine as well or help the makeup stay on a bit longer. And there you have how to conceal your dark circle. .
