How To Get Rid Of Dry Skin On Hands

Today, we are going to be talking about how to get rid of dry skin on your hands. Obviously, many of us suffer from this. The skin on our hands is so exposed.

In fact, it's probably one of the only areas of our skin which is exposed year round. Some of the key problems with the hands might be dry, dryness and age spots, but also dry nails and nails that look undernourished. So we are going to tackle that today.

For a lovely evening routine, we are going to be using Lily Oil. Lily Oil is renowned for its brightening properties, and also deeply hydrating. We are also going to be tackling dry nails tonight as well.

So all you need is really, a fairly small amount. I just rub it and warm it in my hands, before I apply it to the hands. Fiona's hands are very dry, so that is going to absorb a lot of the oil.

When you are applying hand oil, make sure that you do not forget to rub it into the nail bed. That is going to promote really good growth of the nails. And really, all you need to do is gently work it in.

You can also apply a little bit of the residue to the top of the arm. So that has given a lovely smooth base to work with, but to give extremely good hydration, use our wonderful extra rich night cream for our hands. And what we are going to do, is just apply a small amount.

Again, this is such a rich product, that we don't need to use a lot of it. Just rub it into the hands again. Work it in gently across this area, working into the tendons which are areas where we carry a lot of tension, right to the ends of the fingers, working deeply into the nails again.

Now, that is going to work by itself, but to give it extra hydration, we are going to put some little gloves on tonight. We can go to bed with these on, just put those on. When she wakes up in the morning, her hands are going to be beautiful and soft.
