Puffy eyes can be a bother. However, there are simple ways of dealing with this. Here are a few tips on how to reduce puffy eyes or eye bags.
So, how to reduce puffy eye bags? There are a number of causes why you can have puffy eyes. It can either be from too much alcohol, not drinking enough water, drinking caffeine, or too much salty food. I'm going to show you some great ways, great little tips on how to reduce that puffiness.
The first trick is to use good old tea bags, make sure they are the ones with caffeine in them, put them in a glass of water, and just keep them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to half an hour, just so they're nice and cool, then lie back, relax, and place them on your eyes. Leave them for about ten minutes, and then just take them away, and you should find the puffiness is slightly reduced. Other great natural ways to reduce puffiness can be with cucumber, a good old favorite.
Another trick with that is to take your cucumber, cut it in half, and place one half under the eye, and the other half on the top, and again leave for about ten minutes. Another trick, a little bit unusual, is to use a potato, cut it in half in a round circle similar to the cucumber, and then again, in half again, so you've got two semi-circles, place that again on the eye for about ten minutes. It's got some great enzymes in it that really lighten and reduce any puffiness.
An alternative, a final alternative, can be an eye gel, and keep it in the fridge so it's nice and cool. Just use a very small amount on your finger that's nice and cool, and just place this under the eye. So that's how to reduce puffy eyes or eye bags. .
