    don't listen to the folks who say that excercise can not cure man boobs. I beleived the hype and went to see a plastic surgeon whoc quoted me $7000 for the surgery. Then just to be sure I was okay for surgery I went to my doctor who referred me to a specialist in breast surgeory (male and female) who told me that despite the huge size I had there was no breast tissue whatsoever in there. It was all flab. I excercised my butt off and lo and behold - gone. Seriously guys don't waste money going under the knife if you do not have diagnosed gynecomastia! Get yourself checked before seeing a plastic surgeon - it's embarrasing sure but it saves you thousand and thouhsands of dollars (or pounds or yen or euro or whatever depending on where you are!)
