How To Get Rid Of Saddlebags

Getting rid of saddlebags is as easy as having fun. In this video, you'd learn some quick and easy steps to start losing those unwanted saddlebags.

In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to get rid of your saddlebags. Now, saddlebags or what other persons call love handles are basically excess fat around the mid-section. Now, a lot make the mistake of thinking they need to exercise that particular area to get rid of the fat.

This is a bit of a myth, it doesn't work. The best thing you can do to reduce fat is by mixing resistance training with general cardio training. Resistance training can be anything in the gym where you're lifting weights using machines, or dumbbells or barbells.

And a good trainer can show you various exercises you can do with that. Now, in terms of cardio, you can do anything, it doesn't have to be running, and you can do exercises at home. For example, jumps, touching the floor, then jumping up.

Do 50 of those. Other things you can do: power walking, cycling, dancing, and any kind of sports. Being active is always the best way because you're more likely to do it.

So to recap, to get rid of your saddlebags, do some resistance training, and also do some cardio. Like I said, cardio can be fun activities: sports, games, jumping up and down in your flats. It doesn't have to be slogging away at a trainer. .
