Step 1: setup ab workout

You take your 2 towels & you just slide into a wall like this very slowly & then you slide back & if you didn’t feel anything in your abs or if that was too easy – take a couple of steps back and do the same thing again & if you still don’t feel it in your abs or if it’s still too easy just take some more steps back & do it again and keep backing up until you get a spot where can feel it in abs

Step 2: Find best spot for best ab workout

You stay in that spot and you keep doing this exercise over & over and you want to do about 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps and as this exercise gets easier...

You just stand farther & farther away from the wall and if this exercise is too hard then you probably need to stand closer to the wall and...

Step 3: have right stuff for ab workout

Make sure you do this exercise on a somewhat slick or dusty floor --- basically you just need to do this ab exercise on any kind of floor that will allow to slide easy with 2 towels or 2 shirts.

And you always want to try to keep your arms straight and you also want to tuck your chin in to your chest as you slide back up to feel it more in your abs

Step 4: How to get six pack abs even faster with 2 towels

A faster way you can build up six pack abs doing this is to take your towels and slide towards the wall and then you want to STOP once you almost touch the wall and then you want to hold that position for about 5-to-10 seconds But it’s very important that when you’re sliding towards the wall that you come all the way in until you almost touch the wall so DO NOT TOUCH THE WALL

Step 5: HArder or easier ab workout

If you want to make this more challenging or if you want to feel it even more in your abs then you can wear a weight vest or a book bag to and if doing this is too hard for you...Then you Take 3 towels and get on your knees by placing one towel under your knees and do this exercise the same way but you’ll be on your knees and this is an easier way to do it for you if you cant do it standing up

    u may never get six pack, it all depends upon your body structure. also i doubt u will have any improvement during one moths even if u exercise every day. maybe is u starve yourself and exercise, but in that case as soon as u start eating normally u will gain everything back. maybe double. so i suggest u eat less, watch what u eat and exercise daily not less than 1 hour. depends how fast u re losing weight. there re people who re losing weight very slowly so u will need to have more patience. i have seen many people in my gym - they go there for years, almost every day, and still look like potatoe. i guess they re not eating right and don't do enough cardio for more detials click here http://www.healthproductreviewers.com/force-factor-review.html
