How To Get Ripped Arms
Getting ripped arms is important to both men and women. There are two keys: eating healthy and gaining muscle in your arms. This video will show you how to do both!
If you want to get ripped arms, you need to do two things. You need to have more muscle in the arm area and you need to have less body fat. To have less body fat, you need to eat good food.
In particular, lower carbohydrates, lower glycemic carbohydrates, low sugar, no alcohol, no processed foods. Eat cleanly and you'll see a difference just in that alone. What really helps though is to have more muscular definition.
Now, your arms come all the way down here, it's pretty obvious, but your shoulders actually come down to there so if you want to get ripped arms, it actually makes sense to work your shoulders just as much as the arms. Now, what I'm going to show you is a combination exercise called a jag set. We're going to do about four exercises back to back, working muscles in the shoulders, the triceps and the biceps.
All the muscles here to make you look more ripped. Bicep curl, do as many as you can. Now, when you get tired, go straight to a shoulder press.
When you are tired, lateral raise, which works the middle of the shoulders. At the end of that, hammer curl. It's like a bicep curl, but you just twist your wrist at a different angle.
Let me show you those again. Bicep curl, shoulder press, lateral raise, hammer curl. Pick a weight which is challenging and at each point, do as many as you can.
