So if you're looking to get ripped fast, the first thing you need to do, which is fundamental, is you need to assess where you are right now. Go and get your body fat measured. The fastest way to doing this, you can hold some electrical devices and they tell you, or you can do a caliper test where they pinch parts of your body.

Once you've got those results, then it will give you a good indication of where you are. If you're between 15-20% body fat or higher, then do some general training and eating well will help you to look less body and slightly more ripped. If your body fat is around 10-15%, then it's much more about nutrition and maybe a little bit of training, because you probably are training already to have that low body levels.
