If you're looking to get ripped quick, you need to be really strict in your diet and with your training. Let's talk about training. If you want to be ripped all over, you need to work the whole body, and you really need to work it hard.

That means not just doing 3 sets of 10, really do like 4, 5, maybe 6 exercises per muscle group. For example, if I wanted to do my chest, get really ripped in my chest, I wouldn't just do one exercise with 3 sets of 10. It's too easy.

I'd maybe do these, and then maybe flies as well, and afterwards, maybe some declined press-ups. Basically, I'd really destroy my chest. I'd really go for it, really hard.

You really want to have low-fat foods. Watch your carbohydrate intake, particularly at night. Really, if you're serious about getting ripped, night time should be just, like, chicken and vegetables or fish and vegetables.

No potatoes, no pasta, none of that business. Drinking-wise, cut down on fruit juices, because they're quite high in sugar. Definitely don't have soft drinks or alcohol.
