How To Get Six Pack Abs Fast

If you're looking to get six pack abs fast, the first thing you need to do is assess where you are. If you are holding quite a lot of body fat, that means more than twenty percent if you're a guy, then you need to re-look at you general training and nutrition to get your body fat lower. Once your body fat's right about twelve percent body fat, you'll start seeing some definition.
Once you get to about eight percent body fat, you'll be proper eight pack. If you're quite slim already, you don't need to worry about losing weight as much so you can go straight into abdominal exercises. I'm going to show you a really good abs exercise now.
Just a standard sit up. Remember, this is only valid if you're already quite slim or brought your body fat to a low level. My back is straight, head in line with my spine.
Notice I'm doing it slowly. Many people make the mistake of doing sit ups really quickly. It doesn't do anything.
You may feel a burn, but that's not muscles getting fitter, that's actually lactic acid. It's just a by-product of doing lots of exercises really quickly, nothing to do with building a six pack. Always exercise slowly.
Remember, do sit ups and abdominal exercises only when you're body fat is lower. Otherwise you are kind of wasting your time. So that's some tips on how to get a cool six pack fast.
