Today, I am going to give you some advice to help you with your fitness. In this video, I'm going to tell you how to get skinny quick. I have to start off by saying to you that you need to be aware of your body type.
If you were born an endomorph, who is predisposed to storing fat, it's highly unlikely that you can become an ectomorph who is a naturally skinny person. However, you can make the most of what you have by toning your body and by exercising. In that way, you may be able to become a mesomorph which is a more muscular toned body type.
If you want to lose fat, the only way you can do this is by eating less calories than you are using. Don't go for quick fix diets because although you will lose weight in the beginning, it's likely you'll put it all back on and some more in the long-term. So go for more sustainable choices.
Eating a healthy combination of carbohydrates, protein, good fats, plenty of vegetables, and a moderate amount of fruit will insure that you have a healthy, all around diet. Eating a little more often, drinking plenty of water, at least two litres a day or more if you are exercising. Although building muscle won't make you skinny, it will give you a better toned appearance, and it will also raise your metabolism and enable you to burn fat more efficiently.
By going for low weights, and high repetitions, you can really work those muscles and tone them without building bulk. Pilates and Yoga are also great ways to tone to muscles without getting a bulking appearance. If you want to be slim in the long run, you need to make some lifestyle changes.
That means you need to move more generally. So it may be walking journeys you'd normally drive, it may be getting off the bus a stop earlier so you can walk to your location, or even parking further away from where you are going. Making these kind of lifestyle changes is how to get skinny quick.
