In this video, I'm going to tell you how to get skinny thighs. It's really important to understand your body type. If you are an endomorph, which means that you are predisposed to fat, it is very difficult to become an ectomorph, which is a person who is naturally skinny.
What you can do though is make the most of what you have got by toning your body and really making those muscles work for you. In this way, you can bring yourself to the muscular type of body which is a mesomorph. This is a realistic goal for you to go for.
When you are exercising any muscle group in the body, it is really important to stretch to keep those muscles nice and lengthened but also keep them healthy. So, to stretch the backs of the thighs, first of all, you want to have your feet in hip width apart, one foot in front of the other and lean your bottom back, and feel this stretch up there. Hold that for 20 to 40 seconds.
To stretch the front of your thighs, lift your foot up at the back making sure your knees are together and lift it up towards the bottom. Now, if you don't feel the stretch in the front of your thighs, move your hips forward as you tilt that foot to the bottom, remembering to breathe throughout this stretch.
