How To Get The Keira Knightley Red Carpet Look
Make-up artist Lizzie Court shows you how to wear the latest catwalk trend of bright lipstick, in fuschia pink or bright orange.

Before you start, prime the skin with foundation and translucent powder.
Apply extra loose powder under the eye area so that if any eye make-up falls down the face while it's being applied, it can be brushed away easily.
Use a neutral cream eyeshadow and apply with an eyeshadow brush. Lizzie is using a taupe colour which is applied over the eyelid and up into the socket line. Use a clean eyeshadow brush to blend the edges of the eyeshadow.
Apply a dark brown or black eyeshadow in a C shape in the outer corners of each eye, using a square tipped eyeshadow brush. Use your clean eyeshadow brush once again to blend the edges and soften any hard lines.
Apply gel eyeliner with a thin brush, working from the inner corner of the eyelashes to the outer edge, working it as close to the lash line as possible.
Use the dark eyeshadow and a stiff, pointed socket line brush to soften the eyeliner line by applying it over the top and filling in any gaps.
Flick away the loose powder you applied under the eyes to clean the cheekbones.
Apply a line of gel eyeliner along the bottom lashes, working from the inside corner outwards. Repeat the process you did on the top lashes and soften the eyeliner with a line of dark eyeshadow.
Brush the eyebrows with a clean mascara wand or toothbrush and then apply eyeshadow or eyebrow pencil 1 shade lighter than your natural hair colour. Keep the eyebrows thicker in the centre and taper them out.
Run the length of a brush from the outside corner of your nose to the outside corner of your eye to find the point where your eyebrows should stop.
Curl your eyelashes to give definition to the eyes. Get as close to the roots as you can and hold for about 3 seconds, remembering to release the clamp before you pull away.
Finish your eyes with black mascara and apply to the lashes from root to tip.
Keep the cheekbones understated by applying a neutral blusher to the top of each cheekbone.
For a natural look on the lips, find a lipstick and liner a couple of tones darker or lighter than your natural lip colour.
Apply the lip liner to the cupid's bow and along the edge of the bottom lip and blend with a lip brush. Fill in the rest of the lips with lipstick also applied with a lip brush.
Pat the lips with a piece of tissue and re-apply the lipstick to give a more intense colour and help it last longer.
Set the complete look with translucent powder, working upwards and outwards with a large powder brush.
