How To Get TV On Psp

The PSP is great for playing games, but it also has other features as well. Some of these enable you to watch TV on the go or around about your house. I'm going to tell you how to set this up.

There are a few different ways that you can watch video and get TV on your PSP. Firstly, you can copy video files that you own to a memory stick. Put those in and they will appear on this video section here.

Moving across, you can also use the Sony location free player if you have a hub installed in your home. That will broadcast TV and other movie content to the PSP. The one I'm going to be showing you today is setting up remote play so you can watch video via PSfree.

The remote play function enables you to be able to access your PSfree content via PSP, via your home network, or out and about for a public wifi. To set this up, you need to plug your PSP into your PSfree by use of USB cable. This tethers the two devices together and basically authorizes the PSP to access the PSfree content.

Once you set that up to access your Play Station free video or play content, you go to the remote play on your PSP making sure that your wifi is enabled. Press X. You can then choose to connect either by the internet if you're out and about, or if you're at home via your private network.

Select your network from the list and press X. This will then connect your PSfree and you'll be able to see it on the screen as if you were there. So, there you go.

I've told you how to set up TV from your PSP via the remote play function. First, you hooked it up to the PSfree to authenticate it. Then you just connected to the PSfree remotely by your play station portable and you're watching TV. .
