How To Gift Wrap A Box

Hi, I'm Elva from Wrapology. Today, I am going to give you some tips on gift wrapping. In this video, I am going to show you how to wrap a box.

What I need are paper scissors, ribbon scissors, double sided tape and light satin ribbon. This ribbon is smooth on one side, and rough on the other side, so it's easy to hold to the bowl. First, we need to measure the paper.

When you measure the paper, just exactly cover the edge. See, that's another side. Put double-side tape.

So when you close the paper, just fold the paper exactly at the edge, or you are not going to see the drawings. This is the bottom of the box, so we have to close the first press down, right to the edge. Make it really neat.

Close the side, close another side. Last is the bottom part. Double-side tape here.

Close it. Same for the other side. So when you finish both sides, you can see the sides flip just facing down on the gift.

And you have a really neat edge. Now, we put the ribbon. And this is how we do this for a bow.
