Step 1: Massage techniques
Use a few drops of essential oils and warm between your fingertips. Apply with stroking movements underneath your eyes. Lift the skin with sweeping movements, and start upwards to work against gravity. A relaxing technique is to sweep your fingers across your forehead.
Step 2: Eyes
Pinching your eyebrows will relieve tension and reduce puffiness and congestion. Use your ring fingers to press the area beneath the eyes. Breathe out every time you press down.
Step 3: Jaw
Use your thumbs and index fingers to pinch the jaw line with a suction motion. Work from the centre to the edge of your face. Pinching the jaw line will get blood and nutrients to that area of the face. Finish by stroking the forehead and the whole of the face.
