How To Glue In A Hair Weft

On this next video, I'm going to be showing you how to glue a hair weft into your hair. I've already sectioned my model's hair off to start, just to make it a bit easier for you to see, and I'm going to be using a black hair weft onto her head just so it's really easy for you to see where I'm going to be working. The trick with this is to not put too much glue on to your actual hair weft and keep up the scalp.

If you do that, it will be easy to remove and really easy to kind of work with. So, what you're doing, I'm just popping a little bit of glue onto the actual weft - on the seam on top of the weft. The trick is not to use too much.

If you do put too much on, just slightly remove it with a cotton bud. Leave it a few seconds. So, obviously, you keep off your actual scalp, and just secure on to the hair.

Press down quite firm with it and see already, that's secure. Now, keep your hand on where you've glued. Just underneath there.

You're going to be using the cold setting on your hair dryer just for a few seconds just to set it. The trick is to glue it on to the hair and not actually on to the scalp so when it's removed, it's a lot easier. As you can see, it's secure.

If you do go through that and it moves slightly, just go a bit longer with the hair dryer. Now, you can see the weft is now glued into the hair and secure. There, now, you see when you slip this section of hair over, you can't see where it's been glued.

So it's all there and secure. Where you put your wefts in are up to you, as long as the technique is correct it's really simple to remove. And that is how you glue in a hair weft.
