I'm going to show you how to grill barbeque ribs. Now, what we've done is dressed the ribs in barbeque sauce. You can check an earlier video for a recipe on that.

I'm just going to put them on a barbeque. The key, I think, to doing this successfully is to ensure your barbeque is only half covered by coals. What this enables you then to do is to kind of use it as a temperature gauge, so if they're getting a little overcooked or burnt, you can just move them back a little bit.

And, of course, once they're done, you can leave them to rest on this side. They'll still retain their heat but, at the same time, you can then cook other things. So, those have now been on for about half a minute.

We're going to leave them on for, I don't know, about another minute before I'm just going to turn them about 90 degrees so that they're going the exact opposite way. Then, we're going to flip them over. Cook them for about another minute and a half and then, plate up.

Well, let's have a look. Can you see that? They look beautiful. In fact, I'm just going to turn them over for the moment before I do anything else because they're cooking really nicely.

Now, I'm just going to turn them around because this is obviously the hottest part of the barbeque and these end bits will be quite cooked whereas the others won't be as cooked because it's cool at this end. So, I'm just going to heat that up about, I don't know, probably play around with them a little bit more but we're nearly done. Like I said, two or three minutes are generally all you really need for a rib, alright.

Well, those look absolutely gorgeous, as you can see. Just beautifully crisp all over. Ladies and gentlemen, these are barbeque ribs, how to grill them.

I'm telling you, that's the way. .
