How To Grind

Step 1: If you're a man:

Approach the woman from behind, so you can get really close to her. Don't try out any drunken chat up lines.

Rotate your hips against hers in a horizontal figure of 8. Don't rush or try and grope her, and don't feel you have to follow the rhythm of the music.

Don't touch certain areas of her body - such as her genitals or breasts. Move your hands around her hips to keep them locked together, or run your hands up and down the sides of her body.

Bring your face down to her neck to give her a hint of a kiss.

Step 2: If you're a woman:

Don't let him know you're too interested - just give him a quick glance.

Keep your shoulders loose and work your whole body against his by moving your shoulders in the opposite direction to your hips. There's no need to hunch over and thrust backwards.

Stroke his arms so you can manipulate where he puts his hands.
Move your hands around his head and down his back to get a bit more tactile… Or above your head to encourage him to move his hands down your body.
