Josterberries are a cross between a gooseberry and a blackcurrant. The yield time only covers a 3 to 4 week period during high summer. Snip off with secateurs keeping the fruit stalk attached. When harvesting look for size and colour, when they are mature they are a deep purple colour and full round shape.

Always remember to pick any bad or rotten fruit and discard otherwise they will spoil the healthy fruit
