How To Harvest Raspberries

Raspberries can be harvested from mid summer all the way through to the first frost. Select only the bright red berries, hold carefully between the thumb and fore finger and pull. The fruit is ripe when it can easily be removed from the plug with out being squashed.

If you see any bad or discoloured berries pick them off and discard. Leaving them on the plant will lead to disease
