Okay, so paintball is a hugely popular group activity and we're just going to go through some stuff to make it real simple and how you can get yourselves booked on. Best thing to do first is you want to pick your location.

You want to pick it close to wherever you're going to be playing or staying if you're on a weekend away. Next thing you want to do is look at how many people you're going to be incorporating into that day. Whether it's two of you or 22 of you.

You need to commit on a day set. Once you've got those three main criteria, give yourselves plenty of time, get everyone organized, and do a little bit of homework on the venues and the site that you want to go to in terms of location, how easy it is to get to, whether you're going to be going by public transport or you're driving. So you want to try and get as many people in your group as involved as possible because really the more, the merrier when it's paintballing.

Great day out, get everyone together, get yourself a real nice big team together. Everyone gets to get involved and sharing a laugh and become the hero or the villain of the day. There is normally a reason why people are booking on a large group into a paintball day whether it's a corporate outing, birthday, stag or hen do. Normally, what will happen is obviously whoever you're here for will get suitably stitched up in cracking outfit whether it's with ourselves or you buy one down at the fancy dress shop. As long as it's within reason you can stitch him up in whatever you like.

So when you arrive on the site, there's obviously a structure to the day. You'll be kitted up, you'll be put into your teams and then you'll play a variety of games throughout the day on different scenarios, different mission objectives for example, obviously the objective is to win as your team and annihilate the opposition. Now throughout the day, you'll be scoring points which is all noted down.

At the end of the day, the winning team goes home with a bottle of champagne and heroic titles from the day. Best piece of advice when organizing your paintball day is try to get it done early because if you got a large number of you, it's really difficult from experience to try and get everyone together and commit to a date.
