In just a few simple steps, you can take all the videos on your Mac computer and import them into iTunes and your iPod with VideoJug's help. Follow these simple steps and learn how to do this with VideoJug as your guide.

Step 1: You will need

All you need is a Mac, Quicktime 7 Pro – which you can download from the Internet - and the latest version of iTunes, which can also be downloaded if you don't have it.

Step 2: Open Quicktime 7 Pro

Click on the Quicktime Pro 7 icon in your dock.

Step 3: Convert File

Drag the cursor up to QuickTime 7 Pro File menu and scroll down to select Export. A dialog box will appear.

Under Export Method, choose Movie To iPod from the pop-up menu

Click the Save button and the converted file will appear on your desktop.

Step 4: Move The Converted Files To iTunes

Quicktime Pro 7 has already done most of the work for you. Now, all you have to do is drag your converted files into your open iTunes program.

The next time you sync up your video iPod, all your videos will sync and you will be ready to share your movies with the world!
