Hi, my name is Sunita Passi from Tri-dosha. We are specialist training providers in Ayurvedic massage, nutrition and meditation, and I am looking forward to telling you about how to transform your life with a variety of different techniques. Are you dreaming of having pristine, clean, glowing complexion? Or are you one of those who have it already and are dreaming of how to keep it that way? What I am going to do is, give you seven simple steps that you can follow to maintain your skin complexion and make sure that it is healthy, glowing and looking fabulous over time.
The first point I want to tell you about, which is an old wise tale you can say, is that to drink plenty of water. You have heard it before, drinking eight glasses of water really improves your health system, it helps clench your health system, so that your skin is best prepared for any untidy things that might come its way. Another point I wanted to raise is keep your face clean.
I know that is an old one too, but again, it is one that has tried the test of time. If you have got oily skin, make sure you wash your face in cool water. If you have got dry skin, make sure you are using a nourishing facial wash and if you have a combination skin, make sure you use a skin cleanser appropriate for that type.
Individualising your cleaning regime, can help transform your skin and really improve your complexion. The next point is to keep hair away. Hair carries dandruff, dirt, pollution; none of these contribute to a glowing and beautiful skin.
By keeping hair away you are able to maintain that complexion and make sure nothing nasty gets into the skin. Facials and clean ups, try and use them only maximum twice a month. Getting into the habit of doing them every day is not going to help your skin at all, what it will actually do is disturb the natural pH balance of your skin leading to a poorer complexion and certainly not a glowing skin.
Moisturize at night, make sure that your skin is nourished morning and night and your skin will surely thank you for it. This again is an old test of time, proven to gently assist your skin in its natural rejuvenation process. Home beauty treatments, there are lots of things that you can do at home, there are lots of wonderful skin care formulas that you can buy and there are a lots of things that you can do to keep your skin healthy and clean.

Then my last point is simply to get enough sleep. People, who sleep well, allow their bodies to rejuvenate at night, they allow the nervous system to reduce any kind of stress and you see that this pays off in a glowing complexion, your skin will really thank you for it.
