This is a video which helps the people to get more flexibility on their hips and can easily make the hip look beautiful.
Here we go. Hi, my name is Richardo Macedo, I am from R-Fitness, London. Look at this, I will show you how to do some exercise and present you with few guidelines.
So let's get ready. We are back. Okay, we're going to show you how to increase flexibility on your hips.
How to improve it? Okay, again… it is always advisable to do stretching after workout. If you don't do it after workout and you didn't have to workout, when you do stretch, just be extra careful, okay, extra gentle. Fendy is going to show you two major stretches for the hips.
Start with hip flexes. Big step forward, make sure your feet is flat on the ground and stretch all the way here, your hip flexes. Make sure your legs are in the right position, in vertical, not bending forward.
That's good. Hold 15 seconds in this position, 15-20 seconds, then the other side. Very good, another 15-20 seconds, you can time it, you can count and switch.
We are going to show a different one now, it's called hip opener. So you're going to sit down like a yoga position, cross your legs and reach forward. Hold for 15 seconds in this position, that's really a good one, and switch legs, one go on the back and the other one front, now another 15 seconds, and relax.
So another one you can do, what we are going to perform is it can be little bit painful. It's more like a massage, stretch, etc. It's really good for your hips.
