As a new contact lens user it helps to watch how other people do it. This short video increased my confidence. Thanks for showing the lens up close - I could see how it made a bowl shape.

Good but, suddenly cuts to another scene just at the moment you want to see the lens take to the eye. Also, dosn't show hand positions for the other eye which becomes awkward when using same hands, ie dominant hand for both?

you should also include the hint to plug the water basin beforehan...

wow, thanks for the video. I had spent an hour trying to put my (cosmetic) lenses in before I gave up and found site. Within 5 minutes I had them both it :)

Thank you so very much! I just bought some white linses and I almost gave up (like many others) but thanks to this video, within 5 min. I successfull got them in my eyes, this video gave my confidence a kick ;)

I just got my contacts yesterday 5-19-08 I am only 13 years old and its very difficult to get them in the video would not load on my computer but is there any easier way to get them in and out cause I can't get them back in and I have to squeeze my eye to get them out.
