This video will help you install new fonts for Windows XP.
First, insert the CD that contains the fonts you'd like to install into the drive.

Font Folder

Then click on "Start," go to "Settings," "Control Panel," and double-click the folder called "Fonts." This opens your Fonts folder. It contains the fonts you have already installed.

Install New Fonts

So let's install a new one. Click on "File," then select "Install New Font." Make sure the "Copy fonts to Fonts folder" box is checked as this will ensure that your fonts are available to you even after you remove the CD from the drive.
From the drop-down menu, select the letter that corresponds to your CD-ROM drive. On this computer it's 'E'; on your computer it could be something else.
Next, choose the folder that contains the fonts you'd like to install, and click "Select All," then "OK". And watch as your fonts are installed.
Let's install the second set the same way. "Install New Fonts," select the folder, click "Select All," and then click "OK." Close the Fonts folder, and congratulations, your fonts are installed.
