I have just started Level 1 BSL and have missed the first 5 lessons due to another course overlapping. These videos have been a lifeline to me. Thank you.

Hi Anonymous So sorry that you are not happy that I am hearing. The videos are not supposed to be the epitomy of how to sign but a taster for those who have not had much exposure to sign language. Surely any exposure is better than none?

Hi Lucy If you are left handed then use your left hand as the dominant hand and if you're right handed use your right! Paula x

Fantastic. I've always wanted to learn sign language and here's an accessible and clear way to start! Just one question - should I mirror the actions, therefore making the signs with my left hand or use my right?
