exactly as I was taught 10 years ago by a friend on a co,d rainy day inside with nothing else to do.. took him 30minutes to teach us to juggle... the film is exactly the same method.....good film... great editing.

Concerning the comment below what you should do is stand somewhat close to a wall and practice juggling the balls. So when you are juggling, and when you don’t throw the balls straight it will hit the wall and bounce toward you. This should help teach your hands to throw somewhat straighter.

Here's something to make it even easier: At step 5 (two balls) alternate the hand that throws first: left-right right-left left-right right left and so forth. An easier way to do this is to have balls of two different colors (like Johnny has) and always throw the same one (the red one) first, no matter which hand it's in. As long as you don't switch the balls back to their beginning hands after each toss, you will automatically be throwing left-right right-left left-right right left. When you get this pattern going in continuous motion with no breaks, you are juggling two balls in exactly the pattern and rhythm of three. Adding the third ball becomes much easier after this.

Nice! Took me about three days (practicing for about an hour and a half each day) but i got it kind of well now. I practiced a lot on the second step and that helped. Awesome film.

Amazing video. I practice juggling every day, and whenever I get discouraged, i watch this video. I use handballs (almost solid rubber) in grass or anywhere they don't bounce. Anyway, great video. I used it to get started juggling, and I still use it now. Good job.

Lol, I learnt to juggle on my own a long time ago... For those struggling to begin.. I find single hand juggling with 2 is a good start.. releasing one as you catch the other... Also go to any toy store and you will find juggling balls that are perfectly weight and cushiony containing grains or rice, or any hacky sacks or similar work.
