Also, when you turn your knitting, you are not "knitting the knitting and purling the purling," but do exactly the opposite. When you have purled the last stitches on a row, you begin by KNITTING those same stitches when turning. This video also doesn't make it clear where the tail goes when taking stitches off of the cable needle, if you're not using the Continental method.
