So, even if something like this might be quite formal worn at work, it can be drained routine if we layer it properly. So, open your shirt. We are just going to pop a white t-shirt underneath, leave your shirt open so that you see the t-shirt underneath, then we are going to take a cardigan in a nice tonal colour, one that contrasts nicely with it and one that has to play down the brightness of the white t-shirt and the check of the shirt.
And then, you are going to pop your cardigan over your shirt and your t-shirt, and this gives a nice casual look that can be worn with a pair of smart jeans on the weekend. If you want to make it look a bit more formal, just button your shirt and your cardigan up and you can put on with some smarter trousers and wear it to work on a less formal day. The quickest and easiest way to layer is to layer up the t-shirt.
A polo shirt like this can be layered with long sleeve t-shirt. It is a great way of making that your summer outfits that have to be put away just because winter is here, layering up a t-shirt like this with a long sleeved tee which will give you that extra bit of warmth and will carry your summer clothes too right the way to autumn. This will work really well with a navy or it works great with this dark coal color here. So, leave your collar up so that you can see a little bit of the t-shirt at the neckline and then just let the sleeves hang out. That is a great way to layer up your polo t-shirt.
But this can also work just for a standard t-shirt. Another great way to layer up is to take a check shirt, place a plain tonal color t-shirt underneath it. Again, you probably want to leave your shirt open because this is a very casual look.
