So, when you see a boxer throwing a big flurry of punches I'm going to break it down a little bit slower for you, so that we can slow the movement down and you can do the movement yourself.
To demonstrate, I'm going to use Enzo. He's going to pad for me. We're going to move from the first punch through the sixth punch.
So, it's going to be jab, cross, left hook, right uppercut, left hook, cross. Again, slow first from our set position. Jab, cross, and it's important that I use my weight transfer movement forward.
Cross there. Left hook. Right uppercut.
Left hook. Right cross. Okay, notice every time I do that, my other hand comes up to protect my face.
Again, slowly. Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, hook, cross. That's a six-punch combination.
