Step 1: Hair removal
Sarah recommends waxing as the most effective hair removal technique, as it lasts for 4-6 weeks.
Step 2: Dry body brushing
Make your skin glow by massaging your body with a natural bristle brush before showering. Do this everyday at the beginning of summer. Stroke the skin upwards moving from the feet towards the heart. This will get rid of dry skin and stimulate circulation.
Step 3: Exfoliating
Use a body exfoliator and apply to wet skin. Massage in circular motions, focusing on elbows, knees and heels. Wash off in the shower.
Step 4: Fake tan
To give your skin a glow, use fake tan or a body moisturiser with a small amount of tanning ingredient which will build up a subtle tan.
Step 5: Lifestyle
Increase essential fats in your diet such as oily fish. Drink 2 litres of water a day, and try to include more exercise in your daily routine.
