If you want to look skinnier, you have a few options. One is actually being skinnier. If you are actually skinnier through training and eating, you'll look skinnier.

So, if you feel yourself slouching, go up, back, and down. Another way to think about it is, imagine you're grabbing a 50 pound or 50 dollar note in between your shoulder blades and you're trying to keep it pinched there. So, you're sticking your chest out and keeping your shoulders pinched.

That, along with the pelvis thing we just talked about, will make you look much skinnier. So, to recap, we can either lose weight, become skinnier, you can learn to dress a bit better, or third, a little sneaky tip. Work your posture a good five seconds.
