In this video, I'm going to show you how to lose ab fat. Now to lose ab fat, that's fat all around here, you should do a combination of eating healthily and training. Now for training, the best results are combining cardio training with resistance training.
So, for example, running with weights. Now if you're not in a gym, I can show you a great exercise you can do at home, which combines the resistance and the cardiovascular elements. What we're going to do, we're going to do a press-up lunge.
Starting up straight, we're going to lunge forward. Always keep your body upright. Then hands down, foot back and press up.
Now when we do a lunge, you're working your legs and what that does that helps to increase your metabolism so you're burning more calories. And when you do the press-up, you're toning up your upper body, which again increases, burns more calories. When you lunge, keep your knee in line with your ankle so it never goes over your toe.
Otherwise it hurts your knee. Keep your body up straight and head up. And when you do the press-up, keep your back flat.
Most people tend to flip down or they stick their bum out too much. You want it completely flat. Slowly elbows out wide and then push up.
Elbows out wide and push up. The lower you go the better. That was just one exercise you can do, you can do it at home, you can do it anywhere and it will help you lose your ab fat. .
