- You can't stipulate that you want to lose fat from a specific area, so you need to go for fat busting exercise and fat busting foods to lose fat all over, this will enable you to reduce that area as well as the rest of your body.
- Eat little and often to keep you metabolism going whilst keeping yourself from going hungry.
- Move more. This doesn't have to be in the gym, you can try to walk instead of drive, walk up escalators or stop the bus slightly early and walk the rest of the way.
