Cellulite can be difficult to lose and you may find it unappealing. This videojug film provides you with all the steps you need to get rid of those dimpled thighs.

Today I am going to give you some advice to help you with your fitness.

In this video I am going to tell you how to lose cellulite. It may be that you are going to be wearing a bikini or a short skirt and you want to lose that dimpled look that you have on your thighs.

Imagine cellulite as a build-up of toxins so what you want to do is make sure that you are not putting toxins inside you. This means reducing your intake of alcohol, caffeine, sugar and processed foods. Try and eat a good balanced diet including plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Drinking lots of water is also really important for flushing out those toxins. We need to have at least 2 litres a day and if you are doing lots of exercise or it's particularly warm weather then you will definitely need more than that.

If you imagine it inactivity is cellulite's best friend it makes you realise you need to get out there and move more.

That might mean that in the evening rather than sitting there watching TV, in the advert way, get up and do some jumping jacks just to get the blood and the oxygen pumping around your body.

If you are working hard and you find it difficult to find a time to do exercise, why not have walking meetings or in your lunch hour go out for a walk before you have your lunch. Just find ways to get active in your everyday lifestyle.

Finding a sport you really enjoy. If running isn't really your thing maybe you need something a bit more competitive so how about find out if a friend wants to play tennis or squash or maybe you want to join a club or a sports team. Once you improved your diet and you are exercising more, there are other ways that you can help to diminish the cellulite.



Dry body brushing is a well know method of reducing cellulite. It's important that you are doing it in the right way. So it must be on dry skin so before you have your shower twice a day in the morning and in the evening and you need to follow the direction of the lymph nodes.

You need to do sharp sweeping motions to make sure that you are really moving the fluid, and you want to always be going towards direction of the heart. There are lots of creams out there on the market that claim to help cellulite but actually it may be that using a cream every morning and evening and massaging it really do help the appearance of your thighs and your bottom so it's worth getting into that habit of massaging and really looking after the surrounding skin.
