If you are looking to lose weight on your thighs, then there are a couple of things you can do. First of all, you should look at your nutrition, as always, if you want to lose weight anywhere, always eat good, clean food. Make sure you have a nice balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats.
And ideally, with carbohydrates, maybe look at the Glycemic Index, and have slow-releasing carbohydrates, which make such a big difference to your weight. Another thing you can do is training. Now, any kind of training, which is hard, will work to burn the fat in your thighs.
A good example is kick-boxing. I'm going to demonstrate how you can kick a bag and actually burn fat everywhere. You will also get a tone rear, you will get stronger and fitter, but more importantly you will definitely get more toned and lose weight on your thighs.
Standing straight, you are going to step sideways and throw the leg. There's many ways of kicking, this is actually one taken from Thai-Boxing. Notice that, my hips, are twisting.
This burns a lot more calories than just doing that, which isn't very good. Now, you can make it harder or more difficult by doing really powerful kicks. If you are really powerful, maybe do sets, like ten sets of five kicks.
That's a really hard workout. Or you can just spend five to ten minutes doing really really slow kicks. Nice and soft.
It looks quite easy but you would be surprised. It really gets the heart-rate up and burns a lot of calories. So, as you see, a little bit of kick-boxing is just one way of losing weight on your thighs.
